Tai Chi for Beginners
Asbury Branch 5290 Grand Meadow Drive, AsburyTai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise program that promotes strength, flexibility and balance. This low-impact, relaxing form of exercise is ideal for older individuals. Individuals will learn warm-up, cool down and 12 introductory forms. This 8-week, twice/week class runs September 7 to November 2. Register by September 7th.
