Tai Chi

Tai Chi consists of slow, fluid, gentle movements. It can be practiced almost anywhere and is accessible for individuals at any fitness level.
This class is taught by a certified Tai Chi instructor and is suitable for beginners. Class is held Tuesday and Thursday mornings 11:00 – Noon. Registration is full for this class, if you would like to be placed on a waitlist please email LydiaS@dubcolib.org.
