Tai Chi consists of slow, fluid, gentle movements that are accessible for individuals at any fitness level.
This twice weekly class is taught by a certified Tai Chi instructor and is suitable for beginners.
Class is held Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9:30 am to 10:30 am from April 1st to May 22nd.
