Tai Chi consists of slow, fluid, gentle movements. It can be practiced almost anywhere and is accessible for individuals at any fitness level.
This 2 month twice weekly class is taught by a certified Tai Chi instructor and is suitable for beginners. Class is held Tuesday and Thursday mornings 11:00 – Noon September 3rd – October 31st. RSVP is required. RSVP HERE for all 16 classes.
